			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Several years ago, I tipped the scales at 139lbs. standing 6&#8242; tall. Not exactly Kate Moss waif, but still thin. In a span of 2 years I managed to bulk up to 200lbs through hard work and determination. Now I know the majority of our readers are on the opposite side of this—trying to lose weight—but the theory is the same. </p>
<p>First let me say that muscle gain is <strong>NOT</strong> rocket science. I did not use any illegal drugs, fancy workout equipment, or any $19.95 informmercial product. Building muscle is about proper diet and dedication to the gym. There are no shortcuts and if you are not going to give it 100%, then you might as well not bother. Else you&#8217;re just wasting time and money.</p>
