Several years ago, I tipped the scales at 139lbs. standing 6′ tall. Not exactly Kate Moss waif, but still thin. In a span of 2 years I managed to bulk up to 200lbs through hard work and determination. First let me say that muscle gain is NOT rocket science. I did not use any illegal drugs, fancy workout equipment, or any $19.95 informmercial product. Building muscle is about proper diet and dedication to the gym. There are no shortcuts and if you are not going to give it 100%, then you might as well not bother. Else you’re just wasting time and money.
