Force Feeding

12616

Now that you know what to eat, the problem is how to eat when you’re not hungry. This is where force feeding comes into play. Remember all those times when you were young and your mom would tell you to open up the hanger to let the airplane in? Well they finally made a spoon to make this work. No, I’m kidding. This is going to involve a lot of gagging and teary eyes. Sorry, but look on the brightside: Force feeding is the hardest part. Going to the gym and working out will seem like a walk in the park comparably.

But here’s a little tip to help ease things: Chase everything down with water. Grab a spoonful, chew it up, swallow it down with your beverage. Of course this is going to involve a lot of liquid if you have to use this trick the moment you sit down to eat. So stay away from any sugar based beverages.

I wouldn't mind saving money, but I reluctant to trust formula from a stranger. Read More
