Seeing Results

During the first few months of my program I was gaining weight and developing muscle quickly and it showed. This had a lot to do with the fact that I hadn’t worked out previously and the hard work was forcing my body to get stronger. At a certain point you’ll notice that it’s increasingly harder to put on more muscle. The simple answer is to eat more.

I hope what I’ve shared with you has given you enough inspiration and knowledge on tackling muscle gain. Just remember what works for me may not work for you. You may need to eat less or workout more, but the principles are the same. Good luck.
