    For the record, there are now three (3) of us born on the same date-Feb. 6: Me, Doods-son the Amado Eduardo and Bambi, and Jagger. Would be nice if we could have more of them. Suggest all do their homework accordingly.

    I also want to know if Jagger has my “putol” hands (straight line across the palm)and dimples, like many others in our barangay (clan).

    Note to Marvyn: Before the advent of velcro-this thing that makes ends stick together-I could change diapers half-awake without hurting the baby.

    There are many ways to keep a child awake but one sure way to make him sleep: Sing him to sleep while ur’e in a rocking chair, with an old Bicol song handed down through generations of Cabaeros (I learned it from my father). Hope Jagger’s “Lolo” remembers it.

    Have plenty of children. You and Didi will live long. Look at us. Am now 85 and your Lola Ching, four years younger than I, is only 61, she says.
